Cardio Cycle - An intense workout taking you through rides of hills and valleys. (I, A)Beginner Cardio Cycle - New to cycle? Come learn proper form and progressively increase your
fitness level. (B)Pilates Reformer - Pilates performed on reformer equipment. Workouts are designed to your level, whether it be beginner, intermediate or advanced. Provides an intense core workout designed to strengthen core stability and improve postural balance. Ask the front desk about group and private classes. (B, I, A)
Total Conditioning – Get the best of both worlds with this "tough-love" combo class that blends cardio with resistance training to give you a full-body workout. (B, I, A)
Yoga – Quiet your mind and spirit while strengthening your body with this class that focuses on traditional poses while teaching proper breathing, alignment and balance. All postures are adaptable to all levels. (B, I, A)Belly Dancing - If you want a great core workout or just wish to have some great fun while conditioning your mid-section come and join in. Free to all members.
Kickboxing - Kick up your workout to the next level with this high intensity, high energy full body class.
Tai Chi - Chinese martial art that focuses on balance, agility, strength, and conditioning.
We want you to have fun with our group classes. You''ll find our instructors friendly, engaging, and dedicated to giving you a great workout. With the exception of Pilates, all of our group classes are included in your membership.
